SHIPPING & HANDLING
Please read the description above first and verify your size before purchasing and making payment. Orders are processed and dispatched within 25–30 business days. We are based in and ship from Jakarta, Indonesia.
You’ll receive an email with a tracking number when your order is shipped. All packages can be tracked.
Packages typically arrive within 5–15 business days, varying by shipping rate and destination country.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Please note that local import duties are not included in the item price and shipping cost. Local customs fees may apply upon arrival and are the responsibility of the customer. To avoid unexpected charges, please check with your local customs authority for current rates in your region, prior to placing an order.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If your package is lost or arrives with missing items, we will issue a full refund. If you’re not happy with your purchase or our product arrives damaged, you can return items for refund within 7 days of receiving them. You must provide video proof (starting with the package sealed) to prove the item was missing or damaged upon arrival. The items must be returned in new, unworn condition with the hang tag still attached. Refunds are processed only after we have received your return package. We do not issue refunds while the item is still in transit back to us. Once we receive your return, please allow 2–3 business days for inspection. If approved, the refund is processed to your original payment method.
